Forio ZTL

Parking and vehicle transit are prohibited on Corso F.co Regine:

• on working days from 10:30 to 13:00 and from 17:30 to 24:00,
• on holidays from 10:30 to 13:00 and from 17:30 to 24:00.

Vehicle transit is prohibited on Piazza Med. D'Oro and Via Erasmo e Filippo Di Lustro:

• on working days from 10:00 to 02:00;
• on the days before holidays and on holidays from 10:00 to 02:00.

Access is prohibited on Via Baiola in the stretch from Bivio Rione Umberto I to Piazza Maria SS. Immacolata:

• on working days and holidays from 08:00 to 17:00.

The access ban for the ZTL of Forio applies to all vehicles, so motorcycles and mopeds cannot enter without a permit, except on Via Baiola where they may enter even without authorization.

The following may access the ZTL of Corso Regine:

• vehicles displaying a disabled parking permit and carrying the permit holder, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• residents on the regulated stretches of road who have private parking, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• taxis and chauffeur-driven hire vehicles (NCC), with licences issued by the island's municipalities, with a maximum passenger capacity of 8 seats, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• police vehicles, first-aid vehicles, distributors of essential goods (medicines, bottled LPG), vehicles used for collecting and delivering valuables to banks located there
• funeral processions, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• works vehicles of electricity, telephone and water utility companies, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• vehicles used by doctors as per ordinance no. 36 of 21.02.2008, previously authorized by the municipal police command

The following may access the ZTL of via Baiola:

• vehicles displaying a disabled parking permit and carrying the permit holder, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• residents on the following stretches of road: rione Umberto I, via Baiola - from piazza Maria SS. Immacolata to the junction with via Stennecchia - excluding the latter, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• taxis and chauffeur-driven hire vehicles (NCC), with licences issued by the island's municipalities, with a maximum passenger capacity of 8 seats, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• two-wheeled motorcycles and mopeds
• EAV buses
• Ego Eco vehicles, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• funeral processions, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• works vehicles of electricity, telephone and water utility companies, previously authorized by the municipal police command
• vehicles used by doctors as per ordinance no. 36 of 21.02.2008, previously authorized by the municipal police command

Vehicles serving persons with reduced mobility, holding the appropriate permit, are exempt with no time limit from the transit ban in the ZTL of Forio and may park in the designated spaces or outside them, provided no danger or obstruction to traffic is created.
