The Municipal Police Command may, following a documented request, grant a special temporary transit permit/pass for access to the ZTL of Pula.
To request access, an application for a permit can be submitted using this form and sending it to the Municipal Police.

Véhicules autorisés
The ban on transit in the ZTL of Pula applies to every type of vehicle, therefore mopeds and motor vehicles cannot access unless expressly authorized.
