A paid daily pass is available for access to the Piacenza ZTL related to documented occasional operations or personal needs. The pass refers to vehicles (cars, motor vehicles, motorcycles, and mopeds) and must show the license plate or identification code (chassis number); it must always be displayed clearly visible on the front of the vehicle or on the windshield, inside the passenger compartment; motorcycle and moped drivers are exempt from this requirement but must carry the permit with them; it must be returned to the municipal offices once the requirements for its issuance no longer apply. Parking in the ZTL is only permitted in compliance with existing signage and the rules of the Highway Code.

Véhicules autorisés
The access ban to the Piacenza ZTL applies to all vehicles except those authorized, and therefore motorcycles and mopeds may not enter unless expressly authorized.

The following are authorized to enter the Piacenza ZTL upon obtaining a permit:

- reserved parking space or garage in the ZTL
- public bodies,
- media,
- doctors and veterinarians,
- welfare bodies and their employees,
- trade and craft operators,
- driving schools
- third-party transport
- credit institutions
- craftsmen and installation companies,
- installation,
- maintenance,
- house removals,
- sales agents
Accès pour personnes à mobilité réduite
Access to the Piacenza ZTL by vehicles serving persons with significantly reduced mobility (holding a permit and not resident in the Municipality of Piacenza) can be carried out upon reporting the license plate number to the dedicated toll-free number 800 252055.
Chargement / déchargement
- traditional vehicles (diesel or petrol): from 08:00 to 09:00, from 13:00 to 14:00, and from 18:00 to 19:00;
- low-impact vehicles (methane, LPG, bifuel, hybrid, and electric): from 08:00 to 19:00.
