The Legnano Municipal Police is authorized to issue, for proven contingent and temporary needs, temporary access permits to enter the ZTL of Legnano.
These include the following cases:

- Via Palsetro
- Via Garibaldi
- Via Luini
- Via Giulini
- Via Venegoni
Véhicules autorisés
The access ban in the ZTL of Legnano applies to all types of vehicles, and therefore motorcycles and mopeds may not enter unless expressly authorized.
Personnes autorisées
The following may access the ZTL of Legnano:
- bicycles,
- zero-emission vehicles,
- vehicles belonging to the Police and Traffic Police forces,
- vehicles used for public rescue services,
- Taxis and NCC (chauffeur-driven hire) only for picking up or dropping off passengers (or parking in designated bays).

People with disabilities equipped with a permit may access the ZTL of Legnano.
