Véhicules autorisés
The access ban for the Caserta ZTL applies to all vehicles, and therefore motorcycles and mopeds cannot enter without a permit.
Personnes autorisées
The following vehicles are authorized to circulate in the Caserta ZTL and APU:
Upon payment of a fee, the following may also access:
- Jewelry representatives;
- Security couriers and notaries;
- Express mail;
- Medicine transport;
- Home food delivery service;
- Construction companies holding concessions or authorizations for works in areas and buildings located within the affected zones;
- Cultural, social, environmental, political and recreational associations with a
formally deposited and registered founding deed (headquartered on streets or squares within the ZTL or AP, with a maximum of one vehicle registered to the association); - in the case of weddings, the couple's car plus 1 service vehicle (e.g. photographer) and 1 relatives' car;
- goods transport for craft or commercial businesses, carriers, sales agents and suppliers for restocking or service needs;
- emergency call-out services authorized to transport goods (with a load limit of 3.5 t) belonging to maintenance companies based outside the ZTL and the AP
