The Bisceglie Municipal Police can authorize transit in the Bisceglie ZTL, as an exception to existing bans, through a temporary transit permit, upon submission to the Local Police office of a duly justified application.

The ban on transit in the Bisceglie ZTL applies to every type of vehicle, and therefore mopeds and motorcycles may not enter unless expressly authorized.
