• On Sundays and public holidays it is active 24 hours a day.

There is no differentiation between types of authorized vehicles regarding access to the ZTL of Asti, therefore mopeds and motorcycles cannot enter unless expressly authorized

The following are authorized to enter:

- residents and domiciled persons of the ZTL of Asti (occupants of residential premises in the ZTL of Asti who reside outside the municipality of Asti);

- Police, Fire Brigade, Ambulance vehicles;
- public service vehicles (Post Office, ASL, Enel, etc.);
- vehicles of Public Bodies in service (Municipality, Province, etc.);
- Civil Protection vehicles;
- taxis and chauffeur-driven hire vehicles;
- vehicles used for funeral services;
- vehicles serving disabled persons;
- commercial vehicles used for goods transport;
- vehicles of night watchmen and security transport;

- vehicles heading to pharmacies or commercial activities exclusively for loading medical supplies and bulky packages.

HOLDERS OF A DISABILITY PERMIT from Asti or from other municipalities may transit in the ZTL of Asti by reporting the plate number of the transit that occurred to the Public Relations Office, or by indicating up to a maximum of three plates referring to vehicles habitually used. This data will be recorded in the database managing the video-monitoring system. The form to report the plates can be collected at the URP office in piazza San Secondo or via Natta, or downloaded from the website.
